After more than a year of investigations, audits, legal proceedings, and public controversy, the Mount Lebanon Indictment Chamber has confirmed that the central allegations against BetArabia were not substantiated.

The court found no embezzlement of public funds, no theft of public money, and no money laundering offense in relation to the case that placed BetArabia at the center of intense scrutiny.

The 117-page ruling follows extensive financial and judicial examinations and represents a significant legal milestone for the company, which has operated since 2022 as the exclusive legal online gaming operator under the supervision of Casino du Liban.

While certain tax-related matters remain before the trial court, the most serious accusations that dominated public debate have been dismissed.

This decision reaffirms an essential principle: facts matter, evidence matters, and justice must be guided by the law.
